Working across departments, you will ensure the successful execution of projects from planning to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise in high-rise construction, along with your commitment to sustainability, will be vital in delivering exceptional results and advancing the mission of Mitrex and Cladify.ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership & Installation OversightManage and supervise cladding, façade, and BIPV installation activities on-siteInstallations OversightEnsure installations comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and installation proceduresCoordinationCoordinate the daily activities of installers and subcontractorsCoordination with GC & ConsultantsCoordinating with GC & ConsultantsOn-site ContactAct as the primary on-site contact with general contractors, consultants, and inspectorsMeetingsAttend site meetings, progress meetings,
and coordination meetingsIssue ResolutionResolve site conflicts related to façade installation, structure, windows, and waterproofing interfacesSchedule & Installation PlanningPlan installation sequences and ensure alignment with the overall construction scheduleDelays & RecoveryIdentify potential delays or conflicts and develop recovery plansLogisticsCoordinate deliveries and site logistics with internal teamsQuality Control & InspectionPerform regular site inspections to verify quality and installation accuracyMock-upsCoordinate mock-ups, inspections, and consultant reviewDeficienciesEnsure deficiencies are tracked and resolvedSafety & ComplianceEnforce health and safety procedures on-siteComplianceEnsure work complies with local codes, regulations, and company safety standardReporting & CommunicationProvide regular site reports, installation updates, and progress trackingCommunicationCommunicate site issues and risks to internal project managers and leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience5–10+ years of experience in construction site managementStrong experience with building envelope systems such as Rainscreen cladding, Metal panels and Architectural façade systemsExperience with high-rise or large ICI projectsAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings,
