Industrial is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative with inside sales experience. As part of our Dartmouth branch, you will ensure that client needs are effectively managed while providing product information and maintaining accurate databases. Your proactive engagement will also include promoting Stellar’s products and assisting with sales support activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service during all client interactions
- Manage timely order entries and communication with personnel
- Update customer database and relevant information
- Support sales activities including quotations and follow-ups
- Engage with customers proactivity to meet outbound call goals Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
