Personal Lines & MPI Service Team Member (Multifaceted Role)

We're looking for a Personal Lines & MPI Service Team Member to join our Dakota St office. This is a multifaceted role where no two days look the same — you'll provide broad Personal Lines support across new business, renewals, mid-term changes, and endorsements, while also serving as a point of contact for MPI services and walk-in traffic. What You'll Be Doing

- Providing broad Personal Lines support, assisting in all areas as needed — including mid-term changes, endorsements, back line support, new business, and renewal servicing assists.
- Potential of carrying up to a medium book of Personal Lines renewals based on workload needs, in line with our procedural standards for renewal advisors.
- Completing Personal Lines new business quotes on the spot wherever possible, or within a 24-hour turnaround, using all the efficiencies and technologies available to you.
- Serving incoming walk-in traffic,



including MPI services, Personal Lines new business and servicing for current clients (such as mid-term changes), and travel health transactions.
- Collecting and inputting claims information from customers, with proper follow-up and thorough customer service throughout.
- Upselling and cross-selling Personal Lines new business, as well as other lines of business to incoming traffic, and promoting community involvement where relevant.
- Acting as a flexible, multi-skilled team member who adapts to shifting workload and client demand.
- Balancing great customer service with incoming traffic, phones, and Personal Lines servicing standards, for both current clients and new business.
- Contributing to a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment, and raising any concerns with your Branch Manager promptly.

What You Bring to the Team

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance and MPI services
- Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified; SRE training/expertise an asset).
- Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter mindset — someone who initiates their day without needing direction.

- Sound judgment in balancing customer service demands with day-to-day servicing standards.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and a team-oriented, respectful approach to working with others.
