We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, analyzing insurance needs, and customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients. Must be willing to work Saturdays.
Duties
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Market and promote insurance products to potential clients
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Negotiate with underwriters to find the best insurance policies for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with retail sales and sales administration
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive insurance rates for clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and recommend suitable insurance products
- Prior experience in insurance sales and a focus on customer service are highly desirable (experience is an asset but not a requirement, we will train the right candidate)
