The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers / Producers to join our growing team. If you’re sales-driven, thrive in a rapid-paced environment, and are passionate about helping clients, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients
- Generate leads through existing networks and Centers of Influence
- Deliver exceptional service and expert insurance advice
- Work in a fully digital, paperless environment with modern CRM tools
- Operate with full flexibility: remote, hybrid, or in-office options available

What You Bring

- RIBO license - Must
- Strong sales aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and open to new technologies and processes
