1. Insurance Customer Service Representative

Base Salary Range: $42,000 – $58,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inquiries on coverages, billing, claims, and policies
- Process account changes and serve as liaison with carriers
- Handle renewals, schedule appointments, and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Manage ongoing client touchpoints for lasting relationships

Requirements:

- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC applications
- Coachable and eager to learn

2. Insurance Sales Associate

Base Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $80,000 – $120,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell insurance products to recent customers using consultative techniques
- Prospect, quote, follow up, and close new leads
- Proactively cross-sell to existing clients
- Make outbound calls to prospects and former clients

Requirements:

- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Strong analytical, communication,



and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet tools, and digital devices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
