What You’ll Accomplish With Us As an Insured Annuities Analyst, you will collaborate on the implementation of new insured annuity sales and participate in a variety of administrative activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Implementing new insured annuity contracts by analyzing and preparing data for loading into administrative systems; - Certifying data loaded into administrative systems and ensuring its accuracy through rigorous validation; - Preparing welcome letters for new clients and performing mail merge activities in Word; - Processing accounting transactions related to annuity implementation, including cash receipts, accounting entries, and sales-related transactions; - Performing actuarial calculations as part of insured annuity administration, including certain termination calculations using administrative systems; - Contributing to the improvement of IT tools and work processes; - Responding to inquiries from clients and business partners.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience; - Holds a diploma in Financial Services and Insurance, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant education; - Is recognized for their attention to detail and rigor; - Has solid computer skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; - Is able to manage multiple files simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks; - Has solid mathematical abilities; - Has programming knowledge (an asset); - Has knowledge of insured annuities or defined benefit pension plans (an asset).
