Services is seeking an Intensive Family Support Worker for the Partners program. This full time position requires 3-5 years of experience in Children’s Mental Health or a related field. You will engage with families directly, providing hands-on support and intervention to foster mental wellness in the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop personalized treatment plans for clients
- Conduct in-person sessions in homes, schools, and community settings
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
- Facilitate connection to community resources
