RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out B2B collection follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy Maintain strong business relationships while ensuring payment timelines are respected Propose tailored payment arrangements based on each client’s situation Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or account issues BENEFITS:
