As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Supervisor / Keyholder to help support daily operations, lead by example, and grow with the company.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily store operations and customer service.Open and close the store according to company procedures.Assist with inventory management, receiving, cycle counts, and stock organization.Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company policies.Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.Coach and develop team members.Assist with merchandising and product displays.Help maintain a positive and professional store culture.Support management with reporting, inventory audits,



and operational tasks.QualificationsPrevious cannabis retail experience preferred.Previous leadership, keyholder, or management experience considered an asset.Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Comfortable working independently and making decisions.Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.What We're Looking ForTakes ownership of their work.Leads by example.Enjoys developing people.Is passionate about cannabis and customer education.Wants to grow alongside an expanding company.CompensationCompetitive wage based on experience, growth opportunities, and future leadership opportunities within the company.
