The expected base salary range for this position is $45/Hr - $50/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Technology Operations & Governance to provide strategic leadership and operational governance across its technology organization.

This role is responsible for enabling engineering teams through portfolio oversight, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder management, performance analytics, and continuous process improvement.

Rather than managing software development directly, this position focuses on improving how technology work is planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered by establishing governance frameworks, enhancing operational visibility, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering executive-level reporting and decision support.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Product,



Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to improve organizational effectiveness, delivery predictability, and strategic alignment across the technology organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational governance initiatives across the technology organization.

Drive portfolio oversight, project visibility, and delivery governance.

Develop executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.

Build and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and JIRA.

Support strategic planning, roadmap execution, and organizational planning activities.

Coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives while managing competing priorities.

Develop governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational processes.

Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and organizational performance.

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Improve resource planning, workforce capacity, and cost transparency.

Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology teams.

Support executive decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Optimize engineering workflows, operational processes, and delivery effectiveness.

Facilitate governance meetings, business reviews,



and leadership updates.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

Project Management

Program Management

PMO

Technology Operations

Technology Enablement

Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.

Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Proven experience developing governance frameworks and operational processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Demonstrated experience with delivery performance management and KPI reporting.

Experience working within Financial Services or other regulated environments.
