Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated International Medical Graduate (IMG) to join our agile healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessments by collecting detailed medical histories and performing basic examinations
- Support clinical research projects through data collection, entry, and management to ensure accuracy and compliance with protocols
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures, including blood draws and specimen collection, adhering to safety standards
- Manage and organize medical data using electronic health records and other data management systems
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document patient information and research findings
- Supervise junior staff or interns in clinical settings, providing guidance on procedures such as data collection and patient interactions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and research activities
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards during all clinical and research tasks
Experience
- Medical degree obtained from an accredited international medical school, with appropriate licensing or certification for practice or training in the local jurisdiction
- Prior experience in research environments involving data collection, analysis, or clinical trials is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with phlebotomy techniques and blood sample handling
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and electronic health record systems
- Demonstrated supervision or mentoring experience within clinical or research settings
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting research data and clinical findings accurately
- Background in nursing or related healthcare fields is a plus but not mandatory; relevant supervised training will be provided if needed
