As our innovative business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator for our Richmond location.

Position: Full Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00am-12:30pm Wage: Depending on experience, between $21-24/hour (paid on weekly basis!)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Ensure all items in the warehouse are accurate, audited, received and stored.
- Ensure inventory will meet customer demands efficiently.
- Work directly with Management to advise on stock inflow and outflow
- Compile inventory information and present it to Management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restocking.
- Provide recommendations to Management and Sales Leaders
- Provide accurate information on inventory to customers to guide them on order availability
- Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the Company
- Investigate inaccuracies in the inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance focusing on customer satisfaction




- Perform coaching functions to staff where necessary; work with Management where discipline may be required
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse environment with inventory control experience.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform fundamental mathematical functions.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email and internet software applications.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
