Dyna-Pro Environmental is a manufacturing, sales and service company seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Inventory Control Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who will integrate into the team seamlessly and is comfortable managing their daily work duties. This position requires an individual who can prioritize in a team-based, fast paced and detail-oriented environment. Efficiency, excellent organization skills and due diligence are required.

Job Duties

- Keep track of raw materials inventory.
- Keep track of work in progress inventory.
- Keep track of finished goods inventory.
- Organize inventory in our warehouse(s).
- Interact with our vendors to obtain best deals/options, warranty claims, etc.
- Run reports and process orders.
- Manage multiple inventory locations.
- Manage stock re-order levels.
- Process parts orders, returns, transfers, back orders, purchase orders and warranty parts.
- Process equipment builds, bill of materials, parts assemblies.
- Physically confirm, count, receive, put away parts and document into our internal system.
- Maintain filing and archiving systems.




- Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- General office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- General plumbing, electrical, construction materials knowledge.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Minimum of FIVE years parts experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team workplace.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to lift 5 - 50 lbs
- Computer literacy and proficiency with the full Microsoft Suite is a must.
