This role is suited for someone with strong hands-on Appian platform experience and the ability to design, build, and support enterprise applications across the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Appian. Build scalable record-centric applications following Appian best practices. Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Lead design discussions and perform code reviews. Support releases and deployments across multiple environments. What We Are Looking For 6-8 years of total skilled experience. Experience building SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations. Ability to translate business requirements into clean technical designs. Experience supporting releases and deployments across multiple environments. Nice to Have Ability to lead small development teams and own assigned delivery modules.
