CASA Mental Health is seeking an IT Network Administrator for a hybrid role in Edmonton. Leverage your technical skills to nurture a robust network environment that supports mental health initiatives. This permanent, full time position plays a crucial role in optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for maintaining high network efficiency, administering Microsoft 365 services, and collaborating on technology upgrades. Strong problem-solving and technical skills are key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and SharePoint
- Assist in planning for infrastructure needs
- Develop documentation and user guides for systems
- Manage software updates and changes effectively Requirements:
- Five years of relevant experience in network administration
- Post-secondary education in IT or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and cloud technologies
- Understanding of IT compliance and security practices
