Lead IT security initiatives as an IT Operations & Security Advisor. Focus on advanced support and project management within a flexible hybrid work framework. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of IT infrastructure, reporting to the Manager of IT Operations & Security.

This position requires a strong background in application support to manage technical incidents effectively. Leadership and process ownership are vital components of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced support for applications and IT systems
- Own operational processes for multi-tiered IT support
- Monitor service level agreements with stakeholders
- Manage IT projects, including automation and compliance
- Guide and mentor team members in service excellence Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, with emphasis on security
- Skilled in Google Workspace and cloud infrastructure
- Background in scripting and programming desirable
- Experience in incident management and troubleshooting
