- Carry out general cleaning tasks per local codes
- Manage property cleanup in and around the complex
- Operate lawn maintenance equipment for grass care
- Conduct snow and debris removal as needed
- Support with ice maintenance during busy periods Requirements:
- Completion of high school or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Similar experience in commercial settings preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
