Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java Microservices, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and experience delivering scalable cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure AKS, Azure Functions, and related services.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and DevOps methodologies.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using tools such as New Relic.





Support production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and work effectively within onsite/offshore team structures.

Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Java development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.

Robust expertise in

Java 11+/17+

Spring Boot

Microservices Architecture

REST APIs

ReactJS

Azure Cloud (AKS, Azure Functions)

Docker & Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

Strong understanding of cloud-native application design and DevOps practices.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
