- Prepare and mask vehicles and parts prior to refinishing
- Sand and buff vehicles for flawless surface finishes
- Participate in production meetings to understand priorities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Follow all directives from the Location Manager Requirements:
- 5 years of refinishing experience favored
- Valid driver's license required for this position
- Robust understanding of safety and compliance practices
- Red Seal ticket a plus
