As the Commodity Manager, you will report to the Leader of Strategic Sourcing and be responsible for developing strategies for steel and aluminium components. Your collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and CMEs will be crucial in achieving operational efficiency and driving cost improvements. Deep technical expertise and solid negotiation skills are essential to influence stakeholders and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement commodity strategies for metal components
• Collaborate with CMEs to improve sourcing processes




• Manage brand spend for sustained cost reductions
• Lead supplier evaluations and performance reviews
• Develop tools for consistent execution of sourcing strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8-12+ years in commodity management or procurement
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with low-cost country sourcing
• Fluent in English and French
