- Position Type: Athletics/Activities/ Activity Sponsor Oxford Athletics is seeking a Head Coach for Junior Varsity-B Boys Soccer. The season begins annually on the corresponding second Monday of August.
Qualifications - Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate students.
- Knowledge of sport and commitment to sport.
- Ability to give time appropriate in quality and quantity to maintain a successful program.
- Must display a positive attitude.
Responsibilities - Scheduling of games and practices.
- Conducting team meetings.
- Communicating with student-athletes and families.
- Monitoring eligibility.
- Compliance with all MHSAA, OAA, and Oxford Schools Rules & Regulations.
- Supervision during transportation to and from sporting events.
- Corresponding with the OHS Athletic Office on a regular basis.
- Creating and implementing an off-season training plan.
