In this role, you will be responsible for all processes and procedures related to the operation of Registered Plans such as Registered Disability Saving Plan (RDSP), Retirement Savings (RRSP), Retirement Income (RRIF), Education (RESP) and Locked In plans (LRSP, LRIF). You will ensure all requests and inquiries from advisors and clients are processed accurately and in a timely manner according to the established service level agreements and that respective control accounts are reconciled by the established deadlines.What You Will DoManage RESP account administrationProcess RRSP withdrawalsPerform special processing for estates, home buyers, LLP, marriage breakdown, court orders, etc.Perform recurring events set up and ongoing support (PAC, SWP)Manage control account reconciliationRespond to client service inquiries related to registered productsPerform other duties as assigned.What You Will BringMinimum of 1-year registered accounts experiencePost-secondary educationKnowledge of Registered Accounts/ProductsIntermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office products,



primarily ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentKnowledge of client tax reportingOvertime may be required during peak periodsThis role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
