What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our sales efforts, generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executive team. Your mission: open the door to valuable conversations with HR leaders and position McLean & Company as their trusted advisory partner.

✅ Research and identify potential clients and key contacts within target organizations

✅ Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

✅ Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives by articulating our value proposition

✅ Manage a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools like Salesforce

✅ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and share field feedback

✅ Stay sharp on industry trends and company offerings to tailor your outreach

What You Bring





Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

A persistent, goal-oriented mindset and a love of relationship building

The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven workplace

Comfort learning new tools and tech (Salesforce experience a bonus, not a requirement)

Coachability and a hunger to learn, wherever you're starting from

Prior B2B sales or customer-facing experience is a strong asset, but not required
