The Senior Manager partners closely with business, technology, and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget, while progressively maturing delivery practices and ways of working. What will you do? End-to-End Delivery Leadership : Lead planning, execution, and delivery of project initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring outcomes are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations. Integrated Planning, Governance & Reporting :



Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, financials, and executive-level status reporting to support effective governance and decision-making. Stakeholder, Partner & Vendor Management : Coordinate across business, technology, delivery partners, and external vendors to align priorities, manage expectations, resolve dependencies, and support successful delivery outcomes. Risk, Issue, Change & Controls Management : Proactively identify, manage, and elevate risks, issues, scope changes, and control requirements, ensuring mitigation plans, trade-off decisions, and compliance obligations are clearly understood and actioned. Delivery Practice Maturity & Team Enablement : Support Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery practices; contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards; and coach project managers and analysts to strengthen team capability and collaboration.
