Responsibilities

- Collaborate with data governance stakeholders to establish and maintain data management standards for the Data Platform.
- Analyze data documentation to identify and define Critical Data Elements.
- Support the creation of data retention, compliance, and security policies.
- Manage data quality issues.
- Assist business users with data inquiries.
- Support data governance initiatives, including evaluating and implementing governance tools.
- Promote data awareness and literacy across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvements in data governance processes, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Facilitate easy access to data.
- Build metadata repositories, business glossaries, and training materials.
- Work with data owners to protect data and define key performance indicators.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management.
- Proficiency in SQL and data governance tools.
- Solid understanding of industry standards, MDM technology, and process improvement.
- Organized, analytical, and an effective communicator.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

Base salary band: $80,000 - $90,000. Additional compensation includes a performance bonus and a retirement plan.
