Lead and mentor a team of certification specialists Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA) Work closely with engineering, quality,



and operations teams Drive certification strategies for recent programs and modifications Manage interactions with certification authorities Support regulatory audits and inspections Promote a culture of quality, rigor, and continuous improvement Be responsible for coordinating quality support to production teams Assume full responsibility for team management Plan daily operations within your sector and follow up accordingly Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc. Ensure employee training and evaluate their performance and progress Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication Demonstrate leadership while respecting Bombardier’s vision and values How to thrive in this role?
