Clinical Kinesiology Grad – Advanced Spinal Care Team | Full Training Provided

Back Clinics of Canada is looking for a motivated Kinesiologist to join our clinical team. If you've just finished your Kinesiology degree and want hands-on patient experience rather than another entry-level job that goes nowhere, this is worth a look.

We're a national, award-winning clinic focused entirely on non-surgical treatment of back and neck conditions. Our patients often come to us after other approaches haven't worked, and we get results using some of the most advanced treatment technology available anywhere in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work side by side with our Doctor, learning to deliver world-leading spinal decompression and laser therapy. No prior experience with either technology is expected — we train you completely from the ground up.

Day to day, this includes:

- Running our decompression equipment and delivering laser therapy sessions, with an emphasis on making every patient feel looked after
- Guiding patients through therapeutic stretching and exercise protocols
- Pitching in at reception — phones, bookings, and answering patient questions
- Keeping treatment rooms tidy and ready
- Light daily housekeeping

What Makes Someone a Valuable Fit

- Communication. You'll be speaking with patients and colleagues constantly, so strong spoken and written English is a must.
- Medical vocabulary. Not a requirement,



but a working grasp of common medical terms will make your first few weeks smoother.
- Composure under pressure. Questions and small curveballs come up daily; we want someone who handles them without getting rattled.
- Comfort with a busy clinic. Our days move quickly, and good time management directly affects patient care.
- Training or background in Physiotherapy Assistance or a comparable field
- Previous work in a chiropractic, physio, or medical clinic — a bonus, not a dealbreaker
