Join the Upper Grand Family Health Team as a Kinesiologist in a permanent 0.8 FTE role, providing essential support for health promotion and chronic disease management in Fergus, Elora, and Arthur. As a key clinical member, you'll deliver health services focusing on chronic pain management, cardiac rehabilitation, and individual exercise. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop health promotion programs and improve community well-being.
