Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working General Labour to join our facilities maintenance team. This is a long-term position intended for a reliable individual looking for stability, hands-on experience, and growth within a reputable company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across various job sites and residential properties in the Brampton area. This role demands a strong work ethic, physical stamina, an absolute commitment to safety, and a dependable team-first attitude.

Position Details & Compensation

- Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 CAD per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Hours: Contract-based daily shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day, depending on project schedules and workload volume.

Position Requirements

- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV) for commuting between local job sites around Brampton.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Geographic Location: Must be local to Brampton, ON or the immediate surrounding area.
- Career Commitment: This is strictly a long-term, stable opportunity for a dependable worker.
- Physical Capabilities: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs,



standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in various outdoor/indoor weather conditions.
- Experience Level: Entry-level applicants and motivated individuals eager to learn hands-on facility maintenance skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual labor tasks to support facility maintenance, job site preparation, property cleanup, and routine upkeep.
- Transport personal gear and travel independently between assigned residential properties/sites in the Brampton area as directed.
- Safely operate and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment (e.g., pressure washers, blowers, lawn equipment).
- Load, unload, haul, and organize materials, tools, and debris at work sites.
- Manage adaptable shift schedules (4–8 hours/day) efficiently to ensure punctuality for all client appointments.
- Strictly adhere to corporate safety standards, wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist specialized maintenance technicians and trade personnel with broader custodial or facility maintenance duties as required.
