Gonzo Construction is looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our growing team. We specialize in premium interlock installations, retaining walls, porch overlays, decks, and outdoor living spaces throughout Kingston and the surrounding area.

This is a physically demanding position with opportunities to learn skilled trades and grow within the company. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up on time, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

- Assist with interlock installations, patios, walkways, and driveways
- Excavation, grading, and base preparation
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Operate plate compactors, cut-off saws, and other equipment (training provided)
- Assist with retaining walls, steps, and porch overlays
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected




- Work alongside the owner and crew to complete projects to a high standard

Requirements
- Valid G driver’s licence (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Construction, landscaping, or interlock experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctual and dependable
