You will conduct assessments, provide education, and collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure the best care. Your nursing practices will play a vital role in improving breastfeeding outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and education for new breastfeeding mothers
- Assess, evaluate, and recommend plans for breastfeeding issues
- Assist mothers in establishing and maintaining lactation




- Keep detailed records and follow up on patient care
- Participate on committees enhancing breastfeeding initiatives Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
- A minimum of two years experience in neonatal or perinatal nursing
