Role Description The Landscaper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. This role involves performing day-to-day landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. The Landscaper will assist with hedge and shrub trimming, basic garden care, and minor landscape improvements, ensuring properties are neat, healthy, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities also include safely operating landscaping tools and equipment,



following schedules and work orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires regular interaction with clients and team members to confirm job details, provide updates, and support a positive, reliable service experience.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, with the ability to keep outdoor spaces clean, healthy, and well-presented.

Experience or interest in Gardening and basic Landscape Design to assist with planting, garden bed upkeep, and simple layout improvements.

Basic understanding of Irrigation practices, including watering needs and the safe use of hoses or simple irrigation systems.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality work and safe equipment use.

Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to support positive interactions with property owners and team members.
