Landscaping / Hardscape Construction Labourer

Job Overview

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing landscaping and hardscape construction team.

This is a physically demanding position involving long days, heavy lifting, and outdoor work in all weather conditions. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in your work, and want steady, full time employment with opportunities to learn and grow, we’d like to hear from you.

Our shop is based in Sutton West, Ontario, with projects throughout the surrounding areas. Transportation to job sites may be available depending on your location.

Responsibilities

- Install interlock patios, walkways, driveways, steps, and retaining walls
- Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and move landscaping materials and equipment
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Assist with planting, sod installation, and general landscaping duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Able to perform heavy physical labour and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly




- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to work long days when required
- Valid G driver’s licence is an asset, but not required
- Landscaping, hardscape, or construction experience is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as required

Work Location Based out of Sutton West, Ontario, with projects throughout York Region, Simcoe County, Durham Region, and surrounding areas.
