Responsibilities

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend the best lash styles and treatments
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health regulations
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on lash care products and accessories
- Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up care

Experience





- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or a related beauty service is preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a positive client experience
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, safety protocols, and aftercare procedures is highly desirable
