As Chief Mine

Geologist, you will oversee operations at the Timmins Bell Creek Mine, ensuring the accuracy of geological models and supporting senior planning and teamwork.

Your role includes managing geological activities, mentoring team members, and strict adherence to safety standards. An integral part of mine operations, you will contribute to the reconciliation process and improve geological data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee grading assessments and underground geology monitoring
- Review geological data and contribute to mine layout designs




- Develop drilling schedules in cooperation with geologists
- Mentor the geology team and promote safety standards
- Manage the geology department budget and operational costs Requirements:
- B.Sc in Geology mandatory
- 8-10 years’ experience in underground mining
- Leadership experience with robust communication skills
- Familiarity with AutoCad and GIS software
