Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A;, you will become a strategic partner enhancing financial decisions. This role provides an opportunity to influence business performance and elevate franchise success through analytics and explicit financial storytelling. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a finance partner to studio and product leaders
- Translate economic trends into actionable financial insights




- Own P&L; management, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Lead and develop the FP&A; team to enhance decision support
- Implement processes for improved team productivity Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 8+ years in FP&A; or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan
