This position focuses on executing recurring data processes, performing basic data checks, and ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered on time. The Data Coordinator works closely with analytics, data engineering, and other divisions and departments to support reliable data flow and maintain clear documentation.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRun and monitor recurring data processing tasks and data pipelines following established proceduresPerform routine data checks to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistencyIdentify, document, and escalate data issues or discrepancies as they arisePrepare and refresh datasets used for reporting and analyticsMaintain and update basic data documentation, definitions,



and process stepsSupport data requests by ensuring required information and inputs are providedCoordinate with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to resolve data-related questions or issuesTrack execution status of data processes and report delays or risksAssist with ad hoc data updates or corrections as neededFollow data standards, naming conventions, and governance guidelinesProvide regular status updates on assigned data operationsExperience & QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Experience:0–2 years of experience working with data in an analytics, reporting, operations, or coordination role. Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience involving data handling or operational processes is acceptable.Data & Tools:Basic proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn SQL. Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and structured data. Exposure to databases, data platforms, or cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or similar) is an asset.Data Governance:Understanding of basic data concepts such as data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Ability to follow documented processes and data standards. Exposure to data governance concepts or structured data environments is an asset.Ticketing Tool:Working knowledge of Jira for project management and issue tracking is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working with deadlines and priorities.Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.Additional Details for This RoleHybrid Work Setting – Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid model, with three days working remotely and two days in the office each week, supporting work-life balance and meaningful in-person collaboration.
