Anthropology or Archaeology experience highly desired.Familiarity or willingness to learn provincial and federal environmental permitting, legislation, and regulatory requirements, primarily in western Canada.Experience or knowledge of Indigenous cultural values.Demonstrated technical writing skills and high attention to detail to provide high-quality deliverables.Time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects to meet project deadlines.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and willingness to be client-facing in order to grow our planning and permitting services.High level of initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability.Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.Strong understanding and consideration for safety.Willingness to work flexible hours.Preferred QualificationsExperience seeing major projects from planning through construction.Experience engaging with Indigenous groups and collaborating with representatives and community members.Proven ability to collaborate with Indigenous groups to identify opportunities for Indigenous partnerships.Financial literacy and understanding of managing budgets and schedules.The ability to inspire, mentor, motivate, and build respect among colleagues, fostering a cohesive work environment.Salary range: $66,300.00 - $96,800.00#J-18808-Ljbffr
