Key Responsibilities:
• Guide divisional leaders on HR policies and practices
• Partner in recruitment efforts and onboarding experiences
• Facilitate performance management and goal-setting sessions




• Support employee relations and conflict resolution
• Contribute to HR process enhancements and global initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Financial literacy to navigate compensation strategies
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 business applications
