What are your contributions to the team?

- Resolve engineering-related issues on Aircraft components and for repairs required during the manufacture of the Bombardier Aerospace products.
- Find solutions to any engineering-related problems with the aircraft structure and/or systems that is reported and raise necessary documentation to overcome the problem quickly and efficiently.
- Repair and/or salvage dispositions with respect to Engineering specifications, concepts and integrity of design, as well as, sign for dispositions on behalf of the Engineering department.
- Work closely with all specialists within Engineering, such as Design, Stress, Materials Technology, Aerodynamics, Performance and others as required in order to problem solve and or address any problems reported.
- Support Production, Design Engineering, Procurement & Quality in coordinating resolutions to issues and providing Corrective Action involving Engineering.




- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Provide status, updates & keep current on information regarding manufacturing changes & problems.

How to thrive in this role?

- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or related field.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years MRB experience or seven (7) years design experience in Aerospace.
- You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure & system installation technical requirements.
- You have Electrical & Systems experience (considered an asset).
- You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high sense of commitment, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a high‑pressure partner/supplier team setting.
