Overview

The Lead Sales Aesthetician is responsible for a select number of Brow Bar accounts in a region, supporting the Retail Account Manager and Regional Education Manager. The Lead develops the Brow & Beauty Experts (BBE’s) in the assigned region, coaching the Benefit Experience and performing short salon services including brow, facial waxing, lamination, and tinting. The Lead ensures BBE’s compliance with area and service standards set by Health Canada, provides customer service, achieves service and product goals, and follows Benefit and Sephora policies. The Lead acts as a brand ambassador in their location.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Service

- Achieve personal sales and service goals; overcome client objections in a cheerful and qualified manner.
- Demonstrate, recommend, and sell Benefit products.
- Perform short salon services (brow and facial waxing, tinting, lamination, tweezing) and upsell where appropriate.
- Service walk-in customers promptly; maintain urgency while ensuring quality service.
- Book appointments for return services and events; use the online booking platform effectively.
- Onboard, certify, and educate new BBE’s & Flexperts in partnership with the Regional Education Manager.
- Coach and lead by example to ensure BBE teams comply with sales and service objectives.
- Coach BBEs on sales techniques, including overcoming objections in a cheerful and professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to Global Service Standards for Steps to Service within your region for all BBE’s.
- Assist in final certification for new BBE’s inducted in your region.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services.
- Maintain a professional, exuberant, bold, and fun attitude to keep the atmosphere engaging.
- Build partnerships with Sephora Brand Ambassadors to promote teamwork and high levels of customer service.





Service Supplies and Stations

- Maintain sanitary and organized Brow Bar and waxing areas, following Benefit procedures and protocols.
- Order necessary supplies in a timely manner, before outages occur.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, maintain work areas, and ensure tester units are clean.

Teamwork

- Cooperate with co-workers, cast members, and clients.
- Promote a professional, respectful, fun, and gossip-free environment; act with integrity and sound judgment.
- Maintain hygienic and safe sales and stock areas; report maintenance issues to RAM and Operations Lead/Specialist.
- Communicate inventory needs to RAM/Sephora Account Manager.
- Accurately register all sales using the daily business record (DBR).
- Share training needs that result in increased sales to RAM.
- Ensure compliance with Company and Retailer policies and procedures; ensure regional compliance.
- Coach and develop BBE teams in the described areas and other responsibilities.

Administration

- Follow all company timekeeping procedures through ADP for personal timecards.
- Notify management about absences per company policy for personal timecards.
- Assist RAMs with supply, scheduling, and other operational duties for the region.
- Complete monthly call cycle schedules on time.
- Schedule visits at least once per month; send objectives, opportunities, results, and discussion items to RAM for approval.
- Provide detailed recap after follow-up visits to RAM and REM.




- Share feedback and opportunities for onboarding, training, and development with REM regularly.

Other

- Follow all Benefit and Sephora rules, including dress code and loss prevention.
- Maintain a very high quality of personal hygiene.
- Attend mandatory Benefit trainings and team meetings.
- Lead Sales Aestheticians may rotate between stores and may be temporarily assigned to a different store to cover absences or support onboarding new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Current aesthetician certification/diploma required or preferred depending on province.
- 1-2 years’ experience as an aesthetician or performing brow services.
- Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

- Comfortable public speaking.
- Proven sales and customer service track record.
- Initiate and manage change positively.
- Competent in services and makeup application.
- Flexible and adaptable to client needs.
- Able to drive is an asset.
