The Executive

Director will oversee resident wellness, financial management, and team recruitment. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll ensure that residents' objectives are met while cultivating a safe and supportive workplace. Participation in budget processes and community outreach will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure residents' goals are prioritized and met
- Manage all resources: financial, human, and physical
- Recruit and mentor team members effectively
- Actively connect with residents and their families
- Collaborate on budgeting and oversee accounting practices Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in health/social services
- Certification in long-term care administration
- Completed “Ontario Fire Safety” course
- At least 3 years in a managerial capacity
