That is a harder way to work, and it is the reason clients call us back. The role We are hiring a Lean and TPM Consultant to lead operational transformations on client sites across Ontario and North America. You would own engagements end to end:

Current state assessments and value stream mapping

Facilitating Kaizen events that change how a plant runs

Implementing TPM and autonomous maintenance programs

Driving OEE, reliability, and changeover improvement

Coaching client leadership so the gains survive after we leave Engagements run 3 to 12 months and are heavily on-site. Expect up to 75% travel. Who this is for You have 8 or more years leading Lean and TPM initiatives, ideally 5 of them client-facing.

You are credible on a plant floor with operators at 6 am and in a boardroom with a CFO that same afternoon. You have run Kaizen events that changed how a plant works, not just documented one.



And you know the difference between a transformation that sticks and one that quietly reverts six months after the consultants leave, because you have seen both.

Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM are welcome. What matters more is what you have personally led and what measurably changed because of it. How we work Five values, and we hold ourselves to them:

Full time, permanent. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, hybrid, with significant client site work. Up to 75% travel across Ontario and occasionally elsewhere in North America.
