About the Role You will partner with Regional Performance Directors and commercial teams to drive outstanding performance management and support investment decisions that improve Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin. Role Responsibilities Partner with Regional Performance Directors and commercial teams to influence performance metrics and investment decisions. Provide decision support for Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin improvement. Lead the national forecasting process in partnership with FP&A and commercial colleagues. Manage opportunity and risk management to deliver against financial objectives.



Lead the S&OP from Finance with Supply chain, ensuring overall M&E governance. Drive efficiency initiatives (SLOBS, Discos, Allocations) and continuous improvement. Leadership and Impact Demonstrate a winning mentality, balanced analysis and execution, and the ability to spot opportunities and risks. Communicate persuasively, inspire others, and lead change to shape the future of the business. Experience and Skills Required Solid analytical and financial modeling skills. Experience in performance management, forecasting, and S&OP. Ability to influence business partners and drive cross‑functional collaboration. Experience in leading efficiency and governance initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
