The Legal

Counsel position requires you to provide expert legal advice to senior executives and facilitate the negotiation of intricate contracts that promote international trade for Canadian businesses. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice to executives and board

- Bachelor’s degree and Law Society membership
