Our client – a highly-acquisitive software company – is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in M&A; this is a rare, transactional in-house role, but will also include commercial drafting, privacy, and other areas. Responsibilities

- Provide legal support with a focus on M&A; activity
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Assist with privacy and related compliance considerations
- Contribute to other areas as needed within the legal team

Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in M&A;, in-house preferred
- Experience in commercial drafting
- Experience with privacy matters
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support rapid growth
