Join Canada Post as a Supervisor, Letter Carrier in Halifax, NS. Lead a team ensuring productive mail delivery while meeting corporate standards in this full-time, temporary role. As a Supervisor, Letter Carrier, you will oversee the daily operations of letter carriers and mail service couriers.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, alongside a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and inspecting mail sortation, as well as promoting safe work practices among your team. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations for effective mail delivery
- Schedule staff and authorize overtime as needed
- Assess delivery routes and propose changes
- Train and mentor new employees in procedures
- Investigate customer delivery issues and maintain relations Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year management experience or 2 years unionized work
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Knowledge of distribution processes is an asset
