What You’ll Be Doing

- Skin fades, tapers, classic cuts, buzz cuts, and line-ups
- Beard trims and shaping
- Hair styling and grooming consultations
- Grey blending and hair colouring (nice to have)
- Hot towel shaves
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Keeping your station clean and professional
- Helping create an amazing shop atmosphere

- Licensed Barber or Hairstylist
- Comfortable with fades and modern men’s cuts
- Friendly, skilled, and reliable
- Passion for barbering and client experience
- Team player with strong communication skills
- New talent welcome if your skills and attitude are robust

Compensation Options We’re flexible and open to discussion based on experience:

- Employment: $18.30–$25/hour + tips

OR
- Chair Rental Options ($45/day, $300/week, $1,100/month

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Hair colouring
- Scalp treatments
- Facial waxing / eyebrow grooming
- Social media content creation
- Existing clientele

Candidates with advanced skills such as colouring, scalp treatments, or grooming services may qualify for higher compensation. If you take pride in your work, care about client experience, and want to grow in a premium
