As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will play an important role in providing trusted insurance advice and exceptional service to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the agency through personal lines insurance sales and service.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of the team, you will:

Build Client Relationships

Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable, personalized insurance advice.

Provide Insurance Solutions

Recommend auto and home insurance products that provide the right protection for each client’s unique circumstances.

Support Agency Growth





Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through current business opportunities, referrals, and additional products and services.

Assess Risk & Provide Guidance

Complete front-line underwriting, risk assessments, and property inspections while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Deliver Exceptional Service

Respond to client inquiries, manage policy changes, and resolve concerns with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

Work as Part of a Team

Collaborate closely with fellow advisors and support team members to create a seamless and positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Valid General Insurance License in good standing,



with a commitment to maintaining provincial continuing education requirements.
- Minimum of two years of insurance industry experience, with personal lines experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auto and property insurance products.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

- $45,000–$50,000 base salary, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based incentive opportunities.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and local market conditions.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
